Birchbox #2 June 2014 Review

I spontaneously decided to open another one of my Birchbox accounts for June, and I think I lucked out because I got quite a few samples I've been wanting! This review is a bit delayed, but here it is!

Info card, yadda yadda. As boring as this box looks at first glance, I actually really liked it. And 7 products to review is never a bad thing.

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser Starter Kit - ($7.50) I got one of these from a limited edition box, and I like the cloth it comes with. The cleanser is ok, nothing special I don't think, but I definitely don't mind have an extra muslin cloth.

Supergoop!® Everyday SPF 30 with Cellular Response Technology - ($1) While I don't find Supergoop to be an exciting product, it is useful, and between my mom and I, we use a lot of sunscreen. If I don't use it, she gets it.

Cynthia Rowley Beauty Eyeliner - ($8) This was the one item I was least excited for, at this point I have enough black eyeliner to last me for years. Subscription boxes should really stop sending black eyeliner, any other color is welcomed. There are still other colors I don't have yet.

Davines OI / All in One Milk - ($1) These three Davines products went to my mom. She was so excited to see them in my first box for June, when I saw that I got these I decided to give them to her.

Davines Love Smoothing Shampoo - ($7.50)

Davines Love Smoothing Conditioner - ($1.50)

Harvey Prince Hello - ($1) This may be my favorite item from the box, which I don't think I ever imagined myself saying a few months ago. I got this perfume in a mystery sample pack once and it leaked and I thought it smelled terrible. Well I put this on, and it smells divine! I think I'm going to have to buy a bottle for myself one of these days.

Overall, this Birchbox had a total value of $27.50, and I'll get $7 worth of points back for reviewing these products! I must be getting old and boring, because I'm excited to get shampoo, conditioner, face wash, sunscreen, and perfume!

Birchbox is only $10 a month and they send you 5-6 (usually sample size) products. If you really like the sample, they offer the full size version on their shop for you to purchase.
