Birchbox March 2014 #2 Review

I have three Birchbox subscriptions, and this is the review for my second box, which is on my alt account.

This Birchbox arrived in 8 days, from New Jersey to California, and is shipped via USPS.

I received box #77:

This month's theme is "Spring Forward" and it's all about maximizing your daily routine.

Info card with the items I received in my box.

Everything in my box.

Keims Cleanshine Energizing Shampoo - ($2) I tried this the other day, and it smells lovely and works well. I've had some problems with the last shampoo I bought just not washing out of my hair, making it greasy and gross feeling. This does the opposite, even the next day my hair still feels clean.

Jergens BB Body Perfecting Skin Cream - ($2) I just don't think I'll use this, I got another in my other box, which I gave to my mom. She doesn't seem that excited by it, so I may try to swap this.

Grand Central Beauty S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting Serum + Primer - ($8) Yet another primer. I just don't like feeling like I need to put 5 layers of stuff on my face everyday. Moisturizer, foundation, blush are the max I want to do right now. My face is dry, moisturizer wins out for me over primer. Swapping this.

INIKA Certified Organic Eye Liner in Green Lagoon - ($20) I was most excited for this product in my box, I haven't used it yet, but it's a lovely metallic shade of green and includes a sharpener on the cap. So handy for traveling with this. I can't wait to try some neutral eyes, with a pop of green eyeliner on my bottom lashes.

Supergoop! City Sunscreen Serum - ($10) I can always use sunscreen during the summer, and really all year long. This will get used, and actually might be the perfect application for my scalp which gets very burned during the summer, because I don't like changing the part or putting it up.

All my products for the month.

My second Birchbox had a value of $42 this month, and I paid $10 for it. So that's a great value, and even if I only use the shampoo, sunscreen, and eyeliner I think I got my money's worth.

Birchbox is only $10 a month and they send you 5-6 (usually sample size) products. If you really like the sample, they offer the full size version on their shop for you to purchase.
