Birchbox April 2014 #3 Review

I have three Birchbox subscriptions, and this is the review for my third box, which is on my alt account.

This Birchbox arrived in 15 days, from Tennessee to California! 15 days, that is ridiculously long. Birchbox just moved their warehouse to Tennessee from New Jersey I believe, and somehow it caused some shipping troubles this month. I think pretty much everyone's box was shipped out of Tennessee, back to New Jersey, then out to everyone. It took a lot longer for me to get my boxes this month because of this. Hopefully this gets resolved for next month.

I received box #37:

April's theme was "Rainy Days".

Info card with all the products I received.

Here's the first look at my box. I already knew what was in here, I can't not peak at my box profile on the Birchbox site. I always check on the 10th when our boxes go live!

KIND Healthy Grain Bars in - ($0.75) Everyone received these in their box, I do love Kind Bars, but this flavor wasn't my favorite.

Beauty Protector Protect & Detangle - ($4) I love this stuff and I have already received a travel size before, then a replacement for it because it spilled, and now I have another one, and I bought a full size. I think I'm set! This always detangles my really long hair, keeps my split ends manageable, makes my hair soft, and smells delicious! I've just been refilling my other travel size from my full size, so I'm glad to have another travel size to use!

Harvey Prince Yogini - ($2) Another perfume I hate and will be trying to swap. I don't think anyone wants these perfumes Birchbox sends out except the Juicy ones. I can't wait for the day they surprise me and send me one I actually like.

Sumita Color Contrast Eyeliner in Suman - ($5) Another black eyeliner...and I actually have a Sumita black eyeliner from one of my Glossyboxes, that was full size. This will probably go up for swap, unless I decide I want it for touch ups to keep in my purse.

Color Club Gala's Gems in Breakfast At... - ($3.25) I don't really understand why this is called Breakfast At... because to me the Tiffany blue is just that, more of a blue than green. This polish is definitely green. I have a couple Tiffany boxes and bags, and they are definitely not even close to this color.

Overall this box had a value of $15 plus the $5 in points I get for reviewing my products. Definitely a lesser value box then my other ones this month. But I think this box is worth it for the polish and Beauty Protector alone, so it's a win in my book!

Birchbox is only $10 a month and they send you 5-6 (usually sample size) products. If you really like the sample, they offer the full size version on their shop for you to purchase. If you sign up, use the code SFBB100 to get 100 points with your subscription, equal to $10 off in the Birchbox shop!
